Mix 1 romaine lettuce cut into strips, 2 glasses of cherry tomatoes, 2 glasses of croutons, 1 avocado peeled and cut into slices, and 6 thin slices of bacon toasted and cut very thin.

In another bowl beat 1/3 glass of mayonnaise, 1/2 plain Greek yogurt, the juice of 1 lemon, 2 cloves of garlic very chopped, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of honey, salt and pepper.

Chop the cold salmon and mix with the salad that we had prepared. Add the dressing and serve.
